We operate a book by fax system whenever possible, which is immediately acknowledged by us upon receipt, this prevents possible mistakes on flight numbers, arrival times and most importantly the correct spelling of names which can offend if incorrectly displayed on our airport collect boards. Once a booking is received regarding airport collections or departures, all flight are checked at our office prior to the chauffeur leaving. On known delayed flights, this avoids expensive waiting time, gives peace of mind to our client (knowing whatever time he/she arrives our chauffeur will be there to meet and greet). Very occassionally, waiting time may occur on a flight, which may be delayed unexpectedly. In these circumstances we will wait at the airport until such a time as the flight arrives. The waiting time plus the car park charge would obviously be added to the quoted price. We are in a position to offer company accounts to which VAT at the standard rate is added. We usually require 21-day settlement, which is quite acceptable to most corporate businesses these days and enables us to keep our prices stable. For individual customers to whom we are unable to offer an account facility, we operate a cash, cheque or credit card system. We are able to accomodate Visa, Mastercard, Delta and American Express, for which there is a small administrative credit card surcharge added. Admittedly, we do not quote the cheapest prices in Basingstoke but we firmly believe that we offer an impeccable service, which represents excellent value for money.
